At Steps to Peace and Purpose our clients attend daily meetings of AA, NA and or CA whilst in phase 1, and before long have chosen which group they will work their steps.
In recovery, “90 in 90” typically refers to attending 90 Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meetings in 90 consecutive days. This practice is often recommended for individuals who are new to recovery or who are struggling with maintaining their sobriety.
The idea behind attending meetings regularly is to immerse oneself in a supportive community, gain knowledge and tools for recovery, and establish a strong foundation for long-term sobriety.
